The first deliverables from TISGRADE Work Packages 3 and 4 are now available for download. They provide practical frameworks to improve data quality and support the further development of National Access Points across Europe. Deliverable 3.1 focuses on validating maximum speed limit data, while Deliverables 3.2 and 3.3 address the quality and validation of roadworks, road and lane closure data. The Work Package 4 deliverables outline the roadmap and practical requirements for upgrading National Access Points.
Together, these reports contribute to a more harmonised, secure and interoperable European mobility data ecosystem. The deliverables are now available for download from the TISGRADE website.

Deliverable 3.1 Pre-Deployment Setup Report for Maximum Speed Validation
How can road authorities ensure that maximum speed limit data is accurate, up to date and reliable enough for use in traffic information services? The latest TISGRADE report presents a common validation framework tested across several Pre-Deployment Validation locations in Europe. It explores current practices, maturity levels, data quality indicators and the role of feedback from service providers and vehicles in creating a continuous improvement cycle.

Deliverables 3.2 + D3.3 Improving Roadworks, Road and Lane Closure Data
Reliable information about roadworks, road closures and lane closures is essential for safe and effective navigation. A new TISGRADE report maps the different data chains and validation approaches across Europe and identifies best practices and opportunities for improvement. The report shows how validation, KPIs, automation and feedback from sources such as Floating Car Data and road users can help make traffic information more complete, timely and reliable.
Deliverable D4.1 – Roadmap for the implementation process
Deliverable D4.1 outlines the overall implementation roadmap for Work Package 4. It identifies the current state, key gaps and implementation priorities, covering topics such as IT infrastructure, system architecture, mobilityDCAT-AP, digital transport infrastructure, cybersecurity, user experience and best practices.
Deliverable D4.4 – Digital Transport Infrastructure Upgrade Plan
Deliverable D4.4 provides a practical framework for planning and implementing digital transport infrastructure upgrades. It brings together the main technical requirements, standardisation needs, compliance considerations and cybersecurity measures identified by the project partners. The document also establishes common priorities and practical recommendations to support future improvements of National Access Points across Europe.
