Strategic Board

Sets the strategic direction of TISGRADE and ensures alignment with European mobility policies and frameworks. The Project Board includes representatives from all project partners, both public and private. It addresses project challenges, manages changes and ensures the project stays on track.

Responsible for key project decisions, progress and overall coordination. This team is responsible for coordination, planning and delivery across all work packages. It ensures that activities are carried out efficiently and in line with the project objectives.
